On-Campus Interview Program
Campus Interviews are a great way to connect with talented University of Washington candidates and recruit for both internships and full-time professional career positions. Each year, 250-300 public, private and non-profit employers conduct over 3500,00 interviews on the Seattle campus. Recruiters who interview typically represent national, regional and local organizations looking to hire students in the areas of business, industry and government.
On-Campus Interview Program (Fall, Winter, Spring)
If you looking for assistance in locating and scheduling candidates, for internships or professional career opportunities, consider participating in the On-Campus Interview program. Campus interviews are open to all UW students, and to registered alumni, during Fall, Winter & Spring quarters.
We offer two types of options:
- Room Only
- The Room Only schedule option means that you would be responsible for locating and scheduling your candidates, following a recommended schedule template. Employers who select this option often do so because they already have candidates of interest who have applied for online job listings or who will attending a campus career event and will already be in direct contact with candidates. This option would only work well if you have the support staff to contact and schedule candidates, and you already have an established candidate pool.
- Pre-Select
- If you would like assistance in locating and scheduling your candidates, this type of schedule allows you to review and select from the resumes of interested students and invite candidates to interview. Each "Pre-Select" schedule has set of "due dates" that, in essence, coordinate your campus visit. Candidates have up until a certain date to submit applications via the online HuskyJobs program; you then have a certain period of time to go online and review the candidates and then make decisions about interviewing. After the decisions are made, the accepted candidates are notified by the HuskyJobs system and then can go back online and choose interview timeslots. After the sign-up period ends, you go back online and pick up your final schedule.
For room availability and program details please contact Erin Foy. Please note, OCI is a fee-based service. Please refer to our service price sheet for more information.
