Marketing and Design Internship
Purpose
The Graphic Design internship couples academic learning with practical experience in the areas of design, client/team interaction, brand and identity management, web and offline design..
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the communications specialist, the student will play a primary role in the creation and production of materials that help meet the goals of the Center. These materials will include on- and off-line (print), posters, event materials, handouts, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- A current UW student within the department of design and/or marketing
- Knowledge and experience using Adobe software, including Illustrator, Photoshop
- Regular access to email
- Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Hours
This internship is for academic credit. We’ll happily work with the successful candidate to obtain up to 6 credit hours each quarter based on the amount of time you can dedicate with a minimum of 10 hours or 3 credits.
